- Use 3 AAA batteries to power your light stick. (Make sure the + and - terminals are aligned correctly.)

- Bluetooth Connection: Press twice in a row for blue flashing
- Central Control: Your light stick is automatically connected to our control center at the concert venue. (Press the power button for 3 seconds to disconnect or reconnect your light stick to the control center.)

- When your light stick is turned on and songs with inaudible frequencies are played, your light stick automatically reacts to the music.

Where is my order?
If your order has not arrived when you were expecting it then please check you have received a dispatch confirmation email from us, check the tracking number on your confirmation email to view the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your package. If you still can't locate your package then please contact us at support@kpopstation.com with your order number.
How does the pre-order work?
Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as we receive our shipment from Korea. It may take up to weeks from the specific release dates depending on when we receive our shipment from Korea or custom related delays.
Do you offer in-store pick up?
We do not offer in-store pick up at the moment.
Can I exchange or return in-store?
Please note that all online shipments are shipped from our warehouse location. Items cannot be returned or exchanged at any physical KPOP Station stores.
How much is shipping?
Shipping prices may vary depending on your location.
What is your returns policy?
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the package at support@kpopstation.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any exchange or refund. We do not take any exchange or returns of online orders at our physical store, for any exchanges, items must be sent back to the original address that was sent.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
We typically process all refund requests within 24 to 48 hours upon receiving the original package. As long as the returned items meet our refund criteria, your refund will be with you 3 to 5 days after your return is processed, depending on your card issuer.
