Where is my order?
If your order has not arrived when you were expecting it then please check you have received a dispatch confirmation email from us, check the tracking number on your confirmation email to view the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your package. If you still can't locate your package then please contact us at support@kpopstation.com with your order number.
Can I exchange or return in-store?
Please note that all online shipments are shipped from our warehouse location. Items cannot be returned or exchanged at any physical KPOP Station stores.
Do you offer in-store pick up?
We do not offer in-store pick up at the moment.
How does the pre-order work?
Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as we receive our shipment from Korea. It may take up to weeks from the specific release dates depending on when we receive our shipment from Korea or custom related delays.
How much is shipping?
Shipping prices may vary depending on your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We normally ship all complete orders (consisting of an order form and payment) within 2 to 3 business days. Standard Shipping: delivery within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't processed or shipped, you can make changes to it. Please contact us at support@kpopstation.com as soon as possible. Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this.
What is your returns policy?
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the package at support@kpopstation.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any exchange or refund. We do not take any exchange or returns of online orders at our physical store, for any exchanges, items must be sent back to the original address that was sent.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Packages that are lost or stolen are not our responsibility under any circumstances. You will be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier if the product is marked as delivered but you have not yet received it. If you prefer to replace the things, you will be responsible for the cost, but we are not unable to assist in replacement.
